Data (2 csv files): File 1 (cases, and 7-day averages of N1 and N2) and File 2 (N1 and N2 measurements)

The wastewater data is preliminary and subject to further quality control. The data processing pipeline was changed retrospectively on 14 January 2021 due to concerns about inhibition in sample detection. Since Feb 2021, we only measure the N1 gene.

The plots are currently for research only and presented to the public, scientists and health experts for discussion.

Each plotted value is the average of two technical replica measured for the N1 and N2 gene. Before October 23, two biological replica were processed; after, one biological sample is processed.
